-Jack's Gelato has been scooping in Cambridge for a few years now, and keeps surprising me with intense and new flavours.All the ingredients used for the ice-cream are top quality, and some of them are home-grown, such as the rhubarb.My favourites include the earl grey and the rose and pistachio ice-cream, while my husband cannot get enough of the strong salted licorice and the full-bodied coffee.If you are around on a warm sunny day, look for Jack's Gelato (location announced on his twitter page). You will not regret it and may well have the best ice-cream of your life.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you on behalf of the May Ball Committee for the fantastic food and service you provided last week. We have had endless praise from our guests who said it was some of the best food they had ever tasted.

Thanks once again for working with us for a very successful ball. You already know what I think of your gelato so let's just say you lived up to all my expectations; there were numerous times I overheard people discussing the unusual and lovely flavours during the night. I think our guests were very impressed and so I am very glad we chose to go with you.
Your crew were efficient and friendly too so please do thank them for me. Even though a lot of people wanted gelato at any given time, the queues were never unmanageable.
