Yuzu Sorbet (vegan)
Yuzu! Oh Yuzu, we do love you. Somewhere between a lemon and a mandarin but with far less acidity, more floral notes and slight bitterness. An absolutely magical fruit. Intensely aromatic and complex. Pure joy.

Made in our kitchen, which handles milk, eggs, gluten, nuts (inlcuding peanuts), sesame, sulphites and soy.
Tasting Notes
Quintisentially British. We pick the flowers ourselves, here in Cambridge. A little lemon is all it takes. For the majority of our flavours we pride ourselves on their density but for this flavour we think it benefits from a lighter and airier texture so we whip it slightly as ity churns.
